The project includes the construction of a regulating reservoir with a capacity of 3,714 m\u00b3 at the head of the network and four distribution branches.<br>It can be divided into three distinct phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.458), 1.15rem);\">Phase 1: Construction of the supply pipeline to the regulating reservoir from the Llanos de Mesa basin, located approximately 3 km away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.458), 1.15rem);\">Phase 2: Construction of the regulating reservoir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.458), 1.15rem);\">Phase 3: Construction of distribution branches from the regulating reservoir to the irrigable area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.458), 1.15rem);\">Particular attention has been paid to the design of the
