The area designated for the activity is 8,795 m\u00b2, which includes a building with 2,579 m\u00b2 of constructed area. It features outdoor areas for the reception of live animals, shipping area, employee and customer parking, wastewater treatment area, electrical transformation, and potable water storage and treatment. The building has two floors and a mezzanine. The ground floor is dedicated to processing, the mezzanine to storage, and the upper floor to offices and administration.
