Description: Civil works project for the renovation of an industrial building and adjacent plot for use as an industrial poultry slaughterhouse. The area designated for the activity is 8,795 m², which includes a building with 2,579 m² of constructed area. It features outdoor areas for the reception of live animals, shipping area, employee and customer parking, wastewater treatment area, electrical transformation, and potable water storage and treatment. The building has two floors and a mezzanine. The ground floor is dedicated to processing, the mezzanine to storage, and the upper floor to offices and administration.
